The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District is seeking information from companies capable of building and delivering a new mooring barge to support the Memphis District?s Regional Channel Improvement Program. Upon completion the barge will be permanently stationed in the Vicksburg District. This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research for information purposes only. This Source Sought does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Commercial Solution Opening (CSO) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a promise to issue a future RFP, CSO or IFB. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.
