FY26 Jean Lafitte NHP ACC AND PACC GROUNDSKEEPING SERVICES FY 26 Jean Lafitte National Park and Preserve The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of Jean Lafitte National Park and Preserve. It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide professional, proficient and effective grounds keeping care of the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC) buildings and grounds.
