Notice of Intent for Ansys Granta and Minerva Software The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis and to solicit and award the proposed contract on a sole source basis to ANSYS, INC., under the authority of FAR Parts 12. The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Headquarters (HQ) Digital Group for Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM) requires the renewal of Ansys Granta and Minerva Software Licenses. ANSYS, INC., is the only known source for this requirement.
