STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Contract Title. American College of Surgeons, Commission on Cancer 2. Background. This is for maintaining continued annual accreditation and approved cancer program status by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) and site visit from the American College of Surgeons, Commission on Cancer (CoC) for renewal of continued accreditation. The site visit is required every 3 years. 3. Scope. Site and annual accreditation by the Commission on Cancer for continued accreditation from the American College of Surgeons. 4. Specific Tasks. The Commission on Cancer shall perform a site visit every three years.
