Agency: Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) Location: Alabama Space and Rocket Center U.S. Space & Rocket Center One Tranquility Base Huntsville, AL 35805 USSPACECOM requires a new, permanent warfighting HQ C2F on Redstone Arsenal to support its critical national security mission. A clean, 64-acre site on the installation has been designated for the USSPACECOM C2F. The operational HQ facility is expected to accommodate approximately 1800 personnel.
