The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises � large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) � that can provide supplies in the Microbiology department to be ordered on "as needed" basis using blanket purchase agreement (BPA).
