66--Single Purchase of a PFAS Extractor

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a fixed price contract on a sole source basis to PromoChrom Technologies LTD for the purchase, and delivery of one SPE-03 per- and poly-fluorinated substances (PFAS) extractor. The requirement is needed for the Laboratory Services and Applied Science Division (LSASD) for the extraction of samples from soil and water matrices by EPA Method 1633, 537, 533 et al. The SPE-03 PFAS Extractor is the first step of the extraction of these matrices for them to be analyzed for per- and poly-fluorinated substances (PFAS).
