This is a 5-year Commercial Firm Fixed Price, shared capacity, Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, for Wheelchair Transportation Services to support the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award up to three (3) Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contractors. The task orders will be distributed equitably. Accordingly, funds are not obligated on this contract at award; rather, funds are obligated via task orders issued against the contract.
