P-8A MFDAU Data Expansion and PCMCIA Card Elimination Demonstration PSC: 1680 NAICS: 334511 Solicitation Number: N00019-25-RFPREQ-APM290-0216 (2) The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a contract to Teledyne Controls El Segundo, CA on an other than full and open basis. These efforts shall be procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 302(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The contract action will cover designing, developing, testing and manufacturing a system to augment the current P-8A Multi-Functional Data Acquisition Unit (MFDAU) for the P-8A platform.
