Purchase Description (PD) Trailer Mounted Diesel Powered Industrial Vacuum � One (1) Each Vector Spartan III or Equal For Red River Army Depot (RRAD) Summary: This purchase description sets forth the minimum requirements for the delivery of one (1) each Vector Spartan III (or equal) trailer mounted diesel powered industrial vacuum machine. The machine shall be designed to vacuum and filter bulk flowable material and liquid commonly found in heavy industrial shop environments. Delivery: The items acquired via this purchase shall be delivered to Red River Army Depot located at Texarkana, Texas no later than three (3) months after purchase.
