This is a notice of intent to consolidate/bundling requirements IAW RFO 7.107-3 Notifications. The AFLCMC/HNCK Platform One (P1) contracting office plans to solicit an offer for a non-personnel services contract to provide Platform One's value streams and support streams with secure, scalable, and user-focused software solutions within a modern Agile and DevSecOps environment, while also providing side by side mentorship to Airmen in the Platform One Software Development Flight. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to build, maintain and execute rapid capability delivery through a secure and scalable agile software development framework.
