See attached Sources Sought Notice for a Preventive Maintenance and unlimited repair agreement for a Thermo Fisher Q Exactive mass spectrometer, plus the instrument-controlling computer and software programs (Xcalibur and DCMSlink for Xcalibur) for a base year plus two (2) possible one-year option years. The instrument was under a maintenance agreement that expired on December 8, 2025; and since then, the Instrument�s turbo-molecular pump went out; therefore, the instrument will require a pre-inspection and repairs to bring the instrument to operational condition prior to the new service contract becoming active.
