About this opportunity
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1(b) and 6.103-1(d), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and brand-name descriptions. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 01, New England has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for equipment and services for the procurement and installation of Arjo ceiling lift systems in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
