THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This notice announces the intent by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Fort Detrick, Maryland, 21702, to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to Pickering Laboratories, Inc., under the statutory authority FAR 6.302-1(c). The contract is for the purchase of non-personal services for equipment maintenance for Pickering Laboratories, Inc. manufactured instruments. The required services will cover annual preventive maintenance, repair support visits, parts, and software support using Operation and Maintenance funding.
