The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to award a contract modification to the existing awarded contract N00024-20-C-5608 to extend the period of performance through fiscal year (FY) 2029. The base contract was awarded to Management Services Group, Inc.
