NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Houston, Texas 77056, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), FAR 6.302 1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) to PROAIM Americas, LLC, located at 16024 Manchester Rd., Suite 200, Ellisville, MO 63011.
