1. Purpose The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors that the 921st Contract Battalion intends to issue a solicitation for hotel venue and conference space requirement ISO Pacific Friendship 2026. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government, nor does it guarantee that a solicitation or contract will be issued. 2. Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide hotel and conference services as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
