Contract Number: 19KS7023C0001-P00003 The changed scope of work includes additional gardening works at expanded areas in the orginal project boundary. Major portions of additional works are lawnmowing, pruning, leaf raking and snow removal. The original contract approval was made on August 2, 2023 with approval from A/GA. The requesting office submitted a request to modify the current gardening contract during Option Year 2 to expand the area requiring services due to fire, life, and safety issues and a change in classification of certain areas to common use. The modification is sole sourced.
