The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, supplies and other items and services necessary to perform rental, leasing, cleaning, and servicing of one hundred and eighty-one (189) Portable Latrines and eight (8) hand wash stations for FY2026 Friendship Festival at Yokota Air Base Japan, in accordance with standard commercial practices and Japanese laws.
