Total estimated ceiling amount for this contract effort is estimated to be $23 M. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Chemring Energetic Devices under authority FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is due to the requirement being a highly specialized supply/capability. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
