INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract to Project Number 668-25-105 Replace Grease Traps at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, 4815 N Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will remove and replace five (5) kitchen grease traps in accordance with the provided project specifications. Existing grease traps vary in size, but replacements shall be Zurn Z1170-400-ZS (stainless steel) or equal with mounting options required for the existing floors.
