Strategic Systems Programs intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Northrup Grumman Innovation Systems (NGIS), P.O. box 98, Magna, Utah 84044-0098, for the design, construction, and commissioning of highly specialized facilities for the production of a strategic systems ingredient at the NIROP Magna, UT installation. This facility is used to support the TRIDENT II (D5) Missile Program in accordance with the approved Justification and Approval.
