Enclosed is the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package #19VM3026Q0016 with proposed technical specifications for the Procurement of Interpretation Services for the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. The Contractor shall provide a quotation inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any other anticipated charges. The quotation shall include a work plan that addresses all elements of this RFQ and demonstrates the Contractor�s ability to provide qualified personnel, necessary equipment, and sufficient financial resources to perform the work.
