Notice of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with FAR 5.2, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, purchase order to Moody�s for Credit Risk Scorecard Model Validation. This contract includes one 12-month base year only. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as outlined in FAR 13.501(a), which allows for sole source procurement when only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirements.
