The 97th Maintenance Squadron is requesting to procure an additional Tovey, 150 Ton load cell system capable of testing up to 300K pounds (Part Number 450A7433), compatible with COLUMBUS JACK Model: 1074-8000 Universal Tester. The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to make award to COLUMBUS JACK CORPORATION (CAGE: 00994), due to only one source being capable of providing Tovey, 150 Ton load cell system capable of testing up to 300K pounds (Part Number 450A7433), compatible with COLUMBUS JACK Model: 1074-8000 Universal Tester. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to award with a sole source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(b).
