The current requirement is for the 2026 Employee Recognition Day and Awards Ceremony (ERAC) in support of NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Office. The contractor is required to provide seating for 600 employees and lunch accommodations to include $12 food and Beverage Voucher to each person receiving a ticket redeemable at any food vendor within the confines of the ballpark on June 4, 2026. The Philadelphia Phillies are the only known source that can meet the government�s minimum requirement at this time in terms of location (i.e., distance from the work site), date availability, and ability to accommodate the NAVSUP WSS workforce.
