The JBSA Lackland Contracting Squadron, 502 CONS/PKA-B, is contemplating the acquisition of Demolition with Abatement Services for the 502d Civil Engineers (502 CE). Location: JBSA Ft Sam Houston, TX.78234. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and management to perform: Demolition: Full structural demolition to 3ft below grade; Removal of concrete, asphalt, sidewalks, curbs, gutters. Abatement: Asbestos, Lead, PCB, Mercury, and other regulated materials. Environmental Compliance: SWPPP, Hazardous Waste Management Plan, Soil Testing, Refrigerant Recovery.
