The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure Upkeep of Oxygen Production and Storage Systems services from PCI on a sole souce basis from McGill Hose & Coupling. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b).
