The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following telecommunication services, for one particular location. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Forerunner Technologies, Inc. 150-M Executive Dr., Edgewood, NY 11717. This contract will address the requirements of TSA Information Technology (IT) for voice and data telecommunication services at The Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport - Terminal D. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
