1. PURPOSE The purpose of this announcement is to notify potential offerors that the U.S. Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) for Battle Management, Command, Control, Communication, and Space Intelligence (BMC3I) is releasing a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) FA872325RB003 for Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD). SSC/BMC3I will be looking for full solutions only and anticipates award(s) in June 2026. This action is expected to result in multiple fixed price Other Transaction Agreements in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4022.
