The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1677 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1-mile radius of 173 St. Patrick�s Drive, Suite 204, Waldorf, MD 20603. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately seven (7) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
