The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM CCS), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research.
