Intent to Sole Source notice for Sun-Net SMS Substation Check In/Out Authentication. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the addition of Sun-Net�s iTOA SMS Substation Check-in\out module along with our existing Sun-Net iTOA software suite. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is May 7, 2026 � May 6, 2027. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12.
