Presolicitation Notice The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW RFO 12.102(a)) with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), 5335 Gate PKWY, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, as the only responsible source that can provide a subscription to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) for business reports and information on companies located around the world. This is a Presolicitation notice in accordance with RFO 5.101. The information provided by D&B is the only source that provides DHACA with financial background information critical to making informed decisions regarding award recommendations and subsequent expenditure of Government funds via contract awards.
