DESCRIPTION: - Instructions The United States Army is looking for sources (manufacturers and suppliers) with the ability to provide new Light Interference Filter (LIF) to support the PVS-14. The Light Interference Filter (LIF) is a critical component of the PVS-14. The PVS-14 is a night vision system that amplifies ambient light and provides improved night vision. The Government possesses a limited technical data package (TDP) for the part. The TDP is available for conditional release per distropution statement. The TDP includes conceptual information.
