This notice is from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) AWACS and Wedgetail Contracting Office (WIWK) located at 3 Eglin Street, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts 01731. The previously publicized RSU NOCA, is intended for final FOPR release within Q2 CY2026. The FOPR will only be released on the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) within the Technical and Engineering Domain. Interested Bidders should have access to SIPR e-mail in order to received classified Technical Documentation needed for submission of complete proposal.
