Amenment 01: Changing date to 30 APR 26 in the description. The Department of the Army, Joint Task Force�Southern Border (JTF?SB), intends to award a sole?source contract for continued support and sustainment of the existing Relocatable Building (RLB) Tactical Operations Center (TOC) located at Laughlin Air Force Base, Del Rio, Texas as specified in the performance work statement (PWS). This action is being pursued under FAR 6.103-1(b), which authorizes contracting without full and open competition when only one responsible source is capable of providing the required supplies or services and no other source can meet the agency�s needs.
