The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) intends to issue a solicitation for the construction of the Power Generation Plant Capacity Upgrade at Camp Roberts, California. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include a sole-source brand requirement for the Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) multifunction protective relays and power system controllers. This is not a solicitation for the competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.
