The U.S. Embassy in San Salvador seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its 26-acre compound. The compound includes multiple office buildings, a gym, three warehouses, two cafeterias, and supports over 500 staff and temporary duty (TDY) personnel. Services are also required for the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) and Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCR). The contractor shall perform daily cleaning, waste removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, dusting of work surfaces, window cleaning in accessible areas, and periodic deep cleaning.
