***4/16/2026*** All Interested Contractors � Due to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), Source Selection procedures are a quickly changing policy landscape. Based upon the FY26 NDAA, Commercial Solution Opening (CSO) use is expanded beyond �innovate� solutions to all commercial products. It is anticipated that this change will be codified into U.S. Code � 3458 on 6/30/2026. However, there is no set date regarding when the DoD regulations will reflect this change; therefore, the team plans to submit a Class Deviation for approval to deviate from the regulations as soon as the U.S. Code is updated.
