1.0 INTRODUCTION This is a Sources Sought Synopsis issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) in support of the National Training Center (NTC) at Fort Irwin, CA. This notice is for market research purposes only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. 2.0 BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENT The NTC requires contracted medical personnel to provide 24/7/365 Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) coverage.
