The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Chainbridge Technologies for Perpetual SQLDBI License used for the depot tracking system software. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government�s requirement details in the attached justification may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
