Amendment 1: The purpose of the amendment is to include the SF1442 and the site visit sign in sheet. Offerors are reminded their SAM registration status must be �Active�, at the time their offer is submitted, to be considered for award (see FAR 52.204-7). Offerors submitting a proposal in response to this Solicitation shall complete electronic Annual Representations and Certifications in conjunction with required Entity registration in System for Award Management (SAM), accessed via System for Award Management.
