About this opportunity
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Bruker Scientific, LLC for LabScape Complete Maintenance Service Agreement. This contract action is for serviecs for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103-1 (SAP). Bruker Scientific is the manufacturer of the LabScape Complete MALDI Biotyper and can provide planned maintenance and emergency repair since they train and retain in-house staff.
