About this opportunity
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination and transportation required to accomplish this work. Workdays for this contract will be Friday 3 July 2026, through Sunday 5 July 2026 with the event taking place on 4 July 2026 between the hours of 1700 (5:00 PM) and 2200 (10.00 PM). The airfield will be available for the placement of units beginning at 0800 hours (08:00 AM) on Friday 3 July. The contractor shall have all units removed off the airfield prior to 2359 (1159 PM) on Sunday 5 July. The contractor shall not begin any work until he/she is 100% material complete, including all cleaning and sanitary supplies.
