The scope of the proposed contract will consist of a contractor providing and managing a secure detention facility located within the geographic boundaries of the USMS District of Southern California with a capacity up to 700 beds. The requirement includes secure transportation services for the district to include: USMS Justice Prisoner & Alien Transportation System airlifts, guard services (medical and non-medical), jail-to-jail transfers, and jail-to-court-to-jail transportation
