The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Finance and Facilities Division, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors capable of providing safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible destruction of narcotics evidence. Federal agencies are experiencing a significant increase in the volume of seized narcotics requiring destruction, while traditional incineration capacity�particularly on the West Coast�has declined.
