Synopsis: This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The U.S. Government currently intends to award the customer care contract for the audio-visual system that the Audio Video Corporation installed in Eisenhower Hall, IKE Cafe at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY for a 12-month base period on a sole source basis beginning on 1 July 2026 but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this source sought synopsis.
