Simultaneous Transport Capacity Fleet Composition and Time- of-Day Demand PWS Section 4.5.1.6 requires the contractor to have "sufficient vehicles and personnel" to accommodate up to four (4) simultaneous transport requests. PWS Section 4.5.1.7 notes that normal operating conditions typically involve 3 5 total transports per weekday and significantly less on weekends and holidays.
