4/20/26: The solicitation due date was extended to 4/22/26 at 5:00 PM EST. Update to provide additional information with respect to this work scope. There is a 60-amp receptacle on the pier for power. Vendors are required to bring power sufficient to utilize their equipment for the performance of this statement of work. For planning purposes, fuel is allowed to be brought on base; however, D.O.T. regulations require equipment be empty of fuel during transportation. Office space is permitted within the explosion area on lower base with approval of the lay down plan. If the offices have windows, they need to be covered from the inside with plywood per the Explosive Safety Officer.
